I’m 69 years old. When I was in my 30s, I worked for a delivery service. I walked many flights of stairs, and my knees took a lot of abuse. About 1985, I had a knee injury, which tore my anterior cruciate ligament in my right knee. The doctor told me it was irreparable, and sent me to rehab. I’ve had pain, and swelling, ever since. Until recently, both knees experience pain at about 8.5, on a 1-to-10 scale.
Last June 2018, Dr. Ruhland administered prolozone therapy. After the first set of shots, the pain was completely gone, even before I walked out the exam room door. During the next two weeks, I had two more sets of shots in each knee. Plus, they aren’t stiff or weak. The prolozone saved me from becoming disabled. I highly recommend this therapy.”

“Dr. Ruhland does a lot of things that I believe in. He does things that I look for in a health practitioner, such as HBOT and intravenous vitamins. He is accessible, kind and intelligent, as well as easy going and a nice individual. Even though he is a doctor, you don’t feel like you’re beat down by his credentials. Also, he listens and is willing to compromise and work with you what needs to be done.”
- Leif
“Dr. Ruhland was really very caring, I had an hour-long appointment and I ended up being there for two hours because I had questions, which he answered. That was really good.”
- Natalie
“I just think that Dr. Ruhland is very nice and really very conscientious and kind to the kids. He is great with children and goes the extra mile to make them feel at home, both the ones in the HBOT chamber, and the ones that have to wait.”

“John gave me a vitamin regimen that I stuck with, tips on foods to avoids and foods to eat. I learned so much about the dangers of high fructose corn syrup, which was beneficial. My complaints about stomach problems led to learning alternatives to milk products. He gave me good health tips.”

“Dr. John read my blood chart and alerted me to my deficiencies. He prescribed vitamins, and I’m not deficient anymore. A lot of things have cleared up, including leg rashes. Also, I can walk a lot farther before they go numb. My blood pressure is now normal.”
