Ingredients

Add the following — in order of volume of ingredient — largest volume at top of list:

• Potatoes
• Tomatoes
• Onions
• Leeks
• Celery

• Cook using small quantity of water.
• Either cook for 3-4 hours at low heat (original recipe), or pressure cook for 30-45 minutes (my adaptation).
• Either run through a grinder or Norwalk Juicer, or blend in food processor or blender.
• Strain to remove leek fibers.
• Serve warm.
