Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) is a diagnostic technique which helps determine exactly what nutrients you require, and helps discover which areas and organs of your body need support. It tests the autonomic nervous system, that part of our nervous system which controls organs, such as the heart, that function with little conscious control. It is a non-invasive system.
