One medium sized apple (or asian pear)

Feed through a juicer, preferably a Norwalk or a Champion juicer, rather than a centrifugal type juicer. Makes about 16 ounces. Drink half and share with your partner, or put half in refrigerator, or a vacuum bottle if you are on the road. Drink within 4 hours.

Drink 8 ounces every hour, or better yet, alternate with green juice.
